Satisfaction Guarantee

   

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Bill Smith.

If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase (builder and special order excluded), you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a full credit of the purchase price towards another purchase if the product is still in like-new condition, with all manuals and accessories.

Special order items, items not in like-new condition or items not complete which are approved for return are subject to a restocking fee.  Delivery, installation and removal charges are non-refundable.  You are responsible for returning the product to the purchase location.

If Bill Smith, Inc. is requested to pick up your purchase in lieu of you returning it to the purchase location, a pick-up fee will be charged.  All refunds, with the exception of credit card purchases, will be mailed from our business office within 10 business days.
